Artist Statement
Working in my studio, playing with colors and patterns, my moments of greatest pleasure come when all the pieces fit and the balance feels just right.
I enjoy exploring intense, lush colors and natural forms, and working in several media including painting, paper collage, fabric collage, drawing, or combinations of these.
Life is busy, and I find that being in the presence of simple, good things is a profound relief and joy. My hope is that the art pieces that I make will bring peace and pleasure to those who live with them.
Live with awareness, beauty and appreciation every day.
Namaste.
